Gruha lakshmi Scheme Guidelines 2023-24
Beneficiary registration under Gruha Lakshmi Yojana of the Karnataka State Government has started from 20-7-2023.
Eligible beneficiaries can register for Gruha lakshmi Yojana by going to Village-One, Bapuji Seva Kendra, Karnataka One and centers started in local cities.
The beneficiary of this scheme is the woman who is identified as a woman owner in the ration card. But the beneficiary employer, woman, or her husband should not be an Income Tax or GST payer.
Beneficiary can do the registration in 2 ways. First of all, the date and time for each owner woman are already marked in the ration card. Registration venue details will be communicated through SMS.
In rural areas, they should go to the Gram-One Center or Bapuji Seva Kendra near the village where they live. In urban areas, they should register at the Karnataka-One, Bangalore-One, BBMP Ward Office, and Local Municipal Corporation offices near them.
Alternatively, they can also register themselves when a public representative (government-recognized volunteer) visits their home. The date, time, and place scheduled for each beneficiary’s registration can be obtained by calling 1902 or sending an SMS to 8147500500.
Ration card number, Aadhaar card number, husband’s Aadhaar card number, and passbook of the bank account (passbook of the bank account with which Aadhaar number is linked, passbook of that bank account if the transfer of money to an alternate bank account is desired) are required to register under the scheme. Beneficiaries should attend the center with all the information on the date fixed for registration.
